Probably Equifax. 

Good thing if they didn't pull EQ, that score is a bit too low. TU at 725 is probably boderline based on one's profile. Based on the info you provided I don't see why they would approve you, even if it;s only $1,500. But then again I don't know the criteria behind this new card.

Got approved today for a SL of $1,000. It's something! BT my creditone once I receive it and canceling!

Psyched. Have my BoA cash rewards, discover it, PP 2% MC, now this citi rewards. Gonna step back on applying for awhile now and let my car lease and the cards start making progress on my fico.
