Citi: SSN verification data points?

Hi folks. Does anyone have experience in returning signed SSA-89 and waiting for Citi to "verify" SSN? And how long the process takes?

Apped on 19th. Faxed back SSA-89 right away (phone rep told me they'd mail me a request for it so I preempted it)
Dec 22 is the date their fax intake dept scanned the form and tagged it to my app.
