I keep seeing people post about a Citi card pre approval with a soft pull but I cant find it any where...
Can someone please help meeeeee!!! Where's the Citi soft pull pre approval link? or where is it on the website? Im thinking with a 670 ish FICO and not much activity over the past year, I might be able to slip in. Chase at least pre qual'ed me for the Prime Visa.
