Citi card prequalification not allowed?

I went to the Citi card website to check my pre-qualification and it didn't have a p[lace for me to enter any info it just said "At this time, you cannot check to see if you prequalify for a Citi card online." did something change here where they aren't allowing this anymore or is it just my computer?

Citi took down their Pre-Qual page.

It's been down about 2.5 months now... I was watching it pretty closely but gave up

Over two years of trying, they NEVER gave me a offer. I definately wont miss this tool
