Yeah, I realize 22.9% is not a good deal by any means- I'm rebuilding. But from what I've read on this forum, if you have a solid APR offer on their website, and not an APR range, odds are pretty good. It also stipulated it would be 0% for 15 months on balance transfers. I was excited to finally get a " good bank" offer. I've already got all the subprime stuff - cap1, Barclays, merrick, etc. 

 

we we will see what the EO says next week.

Same thing happened to my husband. Pre qualified through the citi site for set APR for the DP, denied,but we were confused because it said something about collections. He had NO collections on any reports.

The pre-qual is based on their last SP and if anything changed since the time they SP and the time you app'd that's not in your favor that may have cause the denial.
