Citibank Double Cash Card

Hello, I applied for and was approved for the Citi Double Cash Card. I set up online access at the time of application.

I have not received the card yet and I am unable to log into the account I set up. Below is the message.

 

Do I need to wait for the card to arrive before I get access to the online account management? Thanks all.

Typically with citi you have to have the card in your possession for the online access to work correctly

I had to wait till I had my double cash in my hand to set online up. But congrats on your approval none the less!

Do you know what CRA they pulled you ? Anyways , Congrats

OP, even though Citi lets you create online access account if you are approved, your account is not actually setup yet. It will take a few days, 3-4 and you will see that error go away. However, you will still not be able to login; you will be asked for the 3 digit security code (CCV/CCV2) to proceed. So, in short, you will have to wait for your card to come in the mail.
