Combining limits -Discover

Can you combine two discover credit limits  (IT and Miles ) ?

Some have had success some no i think its a YMMV thing with Discover.

No from my experience have the miles with the best APR 11.x and the IT with 18x apr and don't really care for either, but with that said asked for IT CL to be moved to miles due to APR and told no they don't combine CL's..  I have heard differently on the forums though and mixed results.  Guessing how much you bark up the tree?
