Just wanted to add a datapoint.
All 3 bureau's are on ice and received a SP CLI from Overstock $13,500 ---> $15,500 and Boscovs $14,000 ---> $16,000
Zero balance on both cards for several months now.
Overstock CLI double dipped with only a SP on March 15th. Went from $2100-$2900-$3700. It had been approx. 60 days since my last CLI which took me from $500 to $2100. They seem to give me $800 at a time.

What did they pull and what are your scores ?
As far as I can tell they used an older EQ SP from 2/28 and my score at the time was 644
Comenity/HSN just did a cli for $2000 given me a 4k cl.
I called in and asked a Comenity CSR about how/when I would be reviewed for a cli. She said if my credit has improved a good bit to go for it. She reassured me that it would be a soft pull and it was.
I've had the card since Dec. 2018, my scores have improved. See siggy
Adding some data points!
Everything was a SP, have never had a HP on any of the cards since I got them (pre-SCT HP's). I also double-dipped on each. I asked for an increase and got it, then came back about 20 minutes later and asked again and got a second increase. I've found the limit is two before you get the angry red message telling you no more. All of the below happened on 3/4/19. I was denied increases for at least three months on each of the cards. All of my Comenity cards got SP increases except one that hasn't increased my limit in 10 months (Simply Be - $1,000 limit). Everything else is on a 30-90 day cycle of SP CLI's. I have since paid all of these in full, but have included the amount of money on each when I requested. Every one of these cards started at a limit between $200 - $350 and they're all under one year old. FICO 8 scores at the time of increase were around 650.
*Update*
Card in question: Overstock Store
Open date: Dec 28, 2019 HP-EX $350 SL
Existing CL: $4850, as of Apr 2nd, Apr 3rd $6350
Date of CLI: Feb 1, 2019; Apr 2, 2019
Amount of CLI: Feb 1st, double dip $1500 SP CLI for each, total of $3k for $3350 CL. Apr 2nd, single $1500 SP (so far) CLI for $4850 CL. Apr 3rd another $1500 SP (so far) CLI for $6350.
For the first two CLI requests in Feb, I charged $203 and PIF a couple of days after the transaction posted. For the Apr CLI, I charged $32.07 on Mar 31 and PIF today. Right after I clicked submit, I went to the Luv button and got a $1500 CLI.
The payment has not posted and probably won’t until tomorrow. I’ll click the button again after the payment posts and update here.
After PIF payment posted I requested a CLI again via the Luv button and got another $1500, instantly!
So I'm not sure why I hit the luv button today because last ti,e I tried, I got a nasty hard pull and zero increase for my efforts. My card is almost 1 year old and stuck at $250. I had stopped using it for several months but a few weeks ago I bought a blanket . Today they gave me a total of $1050. What a weird number but I'll take it. WHat's the best method to try to double dip ?
