Thank you for your reply! I am pretty confident they would give me a CLI on this card since i was granted $250 auto CLI in June as I mentioned, but I am scared to death of recievig a HP for an extra $250 UTI cushion. The language there about "we may need to pull your report" is concerning to me to say the least lol. I wonder if calling in could ensure a SP or if I could stop them before a HP is initiated if it is required.

Nope, won't necessarily ensure by calling in. Not if the language is there....the language for me when I got my one and only hp for a cli was over the phone(after checking online first with that verbiage) and the csr's were like, "I dunno, maybe" and the likes with 3 different csr's. Yes, I huca twice. I gambled and lost. I wouldn't do it. My other two cli's, over the phone, maybe one online....I can't remember but I do remember there was never any talk of hp. The one csr D*is was her name told me flat out when I asked her and she emphatically stated I would not have a hp and she was right. The only difference that I can say about this and the verbiage is that the csr's that didn't know and popped me with a hp was on my UltamateMc; the two cli via sp's were on my HSN. Two different birds I know but just wanted to share that experience with that hp verbiage and what they may or may not tell you.
**bleep**, I did it but got this message.
"Thank you for your interest in a credit limit increase. We are reviewing the information provided, and we will contact you by mail within 7-10 business days regarding the status of your credit limit increase."
Scared for a hard pull. None yet but this was 10 seconds ago. VS card btw.
Thank goodness, I am ok with the denial just not a HP. I have every monitoring service known to man so... I usually get notified pretty quickly.
Still no HP... So there's that atleast. And the Cowboys won

I think the CSRs like to play "Spin the HP wheel" with people when they call in. They know the credit Ninjas when they hear them on the phone...
