Comenity CLI HP/SP Data Points

After 4th stmt. I went for it on my Visa; got the red 7-10 days message  (thinking six months now)

Very likely. I don’t have any majors with them to know, but I guess it wouldn’t be surprising to see that it takes longer than the store cards.

Hey All,

I am finally due for my CLI on my IKEA Comenity Visa Card but have no idea what to expect in terms of HP/SP. I would just leave it alone if it was a HP and not request if there is a chance of that happening. 

There seems to be a paucity of information on these forums about Comenity Visa/MC's CLI requests specifically.

My card was opened 5/8/2019 with a $2,000 SL and I have carried a large balance since then basically with slow but steady (and more than minimum) payments. Currently just under 50% UTI on this particularly card and sixth statement cut a few days ago. 

Anyone have experience wth Comenity CLI's on the major cards? SP/HP data points?

DH and I both got 6 month CLIs it was a SP.

They are somewhat conservative in increases though atleast with his.

Mine SL 6K bumped to 10K

His SL 6K bumped to 7200

 @macedwar   Good luck, I sure hope it's an every 6 month rule they have going on as I have smashed the button so many times my finger is hurt as bad as my feelings.  

@Jnbmom  Care to share some dp's?  Balances in particular please and spend patterns.  (Glad to have finally read on a "first" cli on a major)

Hey sistah

We each had about 2K balances from BTs, but that all we used the card for. With comenity visa cards is a 6 month cli policy I believe.

Just tried by calling in and was told that they couldn’t initiate the process because of a change in my report over the last 30 days???

I have no idea what that means.

Does anyone know what this could be?
