We each had about 2K balances from BTs, but that all we used the card for. With comenity visa cards is a 6 month cli policy I believe.

Well our reports are constantly changing. Something changed for the "worse" in their eyes. My guess would be balances. Particularly on your other cards. Pull your EQ report and see what it looks like. Credit Karma is useful for that.

Actually all of my balances have decreased and score has improved around 20-30 points the last 30 days.

I did have a fraud alert for unauthorized inquiries that was removed about 2 weeks back. So I was thinking it had more to do with that.

I reached out to all bureaus and confirmed no FA’s or freezes were on my file.

It wasn’t denied just unable to be processed due to the need for management to call me and do “verification”?

My suggestion would be to wait it out for 30 days from your recent attempt to let their internal systems cycle regardless if the CRAs have removed the FAs.

Unless they specifically have a method to override the system decision to reprocess the CLI, provided they reach out to you 1st.

Alright, Comenity experts, talk to me about WS card. I'm intrigued, primarily because I'd like to have a card with BT offers in the future
I'm willing to work on growing it and all that, but if you could give me some general ideas on SLs, CLI frequency etc
I have none of their store cards, and I'm not planning on ever getting one

I think you'd be a prime candidate for their card!  

If you got Precious, you can get WS.  This one is on my wish list next to the IKEA Visa.  SLs can vary.   Typically, the starting baseline is $1K and they can go pretty high depending on profile.  They can HP EX or EQ and SP either one depending on which got the HP hit.  SageStream is also another little resource for them.  Not sure how high their CLs cap for WS since some majors can reach as high as $25K (recent policy changes) and others $15K as the max.   First CLI request can be done at the 6-month mark followed by 4-month intervals thereafter for most of the majors.  I have used the automated line which tends to yield favorable results IME
