Comenity SCT Pop-ups work better on phone browser???

Has anyone had better luck on their phone browser with SCT than on a PC? If so, could you please share details?

I got my JCrew SCT on my phone. Got the pop up on VS also on my phone but didnt take it. I also get the VS pop up on my PC. I use Chrome on both my phone and PC however. Not sure if browser changes anything.

Ive always used chrome on mac for pop up sucess. On the phone would have to be random luck lol.

Haven't tried on my iPhone, but I always get them on th iPad.

Still no luck with VS pop-up on my phone or ipad but I did get Modell's to pop-up on both yesterday.
