Anyone know there guidelines for approval, I know the store branded cards are pretty easy to get, what about their VISAs?

In paticular Im refering to the Orbitz Visa.

Thank you

With a BK on file it is an automatic denial. I found out the hard way. They are not easy to get and now it  seems they are going to be harder to get based on the posts from several people whose accounts have been closed.

Yeah, I applied for PP Extra MC 2 weeks ago and ended up with SM account.....I droped that sucker like it was hot.

That bait and switch stuff should be illegal.  It should NOT report when you didn't app for that product. I won't mess with PP for that reason.

I'm in this camp too. Just leave them alone. I have 21.7k exposure over 3 cards with them. 1 Visa and 2 store cards. I'm not asking them for anything more. I'm frightened for and concerned about some folks here who have so much of their available credit depending on what Comenity might do. This is a bear that is best left hibernating because it is vicious when it wakes up. When one has 50+ percent of their credit riding on Comenity's whims, well, that's pretty scary.

Re: Comenity backed VISA's

I never have been able to get a visa or Mastercard from Comenity. I have 11 store cards through them and they all do get used, but after gardening for awhile, I am going to close 3 or 4 of them that I really do not need. I will do one card every 4-6 months, until I get those 3 or 4 closed.
