Comenity request for CLI…No SP?

Comenity has changed the language for submitting CLI.  Took away check box that indicated giving Comenity consent to pull credit report for considering CLI request.  The language now states:

“Please note we may need to access your credit report when considering your request. By submitting this request, you grant us permission to do so.

If you do not wish to have alimony, child support and/or separate maintenance income considered as a basis for repaying this obligation, please do not include it in your Annual Income amount.

For Married WI Residents: If your spouse is also a Wisconsin resident, you may combine you and your spouse's financial information.”

Has anyone else notice this or have I been hitting the luv button too much?

It's on my Comenity accounts now as well. I think I'll just wait for the auto cli. They seems to come ever three months now.

Yep, they remove the checkbox. I'll wait for any auto CLI as well, I don't need anything from OS right now.
