Comenity security Questions

Hi,

I apply for the forever 21 card from comenity and yesterday I received a letter to call them.

I called and the representative confirm my information and ask me to answer 3 security questions

After I answer it he said perfect. and then told me that I will receive a decision in 7-10 days.

I have heard that some people get approved after answer the security questions but instead I have been told I will have a decision in 7-10 days

I am sure I answer all 3 correctly.

Is that a denial? or they will review it later?

Unfortunately there's no way to know for sure. It could really go either way. 

You can always call back in a couple days and ask if there's an update. Sometimes you'll get an early answer.
