Can I just attach an online pdf of my bank statement, and scan my license and SS card?

I just did this 5 minutes ago. I downloaded my utility bill from online, had my license scanned on my comp already. and just took a picture with my phone of my ss card and emailed it to myself. opened on comp and uploaded to NASA.

 Identification, i.e. Driver's license, Passport or State Identification Card
 Copy of social security card or document from social security administration listing name/social security number

Oh wow. I didn't expect them to be different. It's too much work for me to get a notarized copy haha. thanks for your help though!

Why is everyone so into NASA so much all of the sudden?  Is it the CLs?  Is it the cool looking cards (not so cool, IMO), is it people want to be associated with because their lives are so boring, or is just the flavor of the week?
