Constantly having to verify information or being denied to verification?

I get this message when I'm applying for prequal: Submitted web Pre-Qualification inquiry is considered suspicious or potentially fraudulent....

every single credit card I have ever applied for or been accepted for has asked me for my SS, ID and proof of address? Or it will say I'm approved and then want verification and then go pending with I have left your groceries on the front porch as requested! Thank you so much and have a great day! 7-10 letter after it said I was already approved????

i never set up fraud alerts or anything I'm new to building credit so idk what's going on

Run the free annual credit report that was last run. Look for errors in your personal information. i.e. Different names, improper spelling, wrong addresses, birthdate, and anything that doesn't look right. Check over your accounts also. You should probably run them all. I'm a big believer in generally running one every four months.
