Costco AU Question

Dear Members, I am an authorized user and a household memeber on my DW Costco credit card.

Can I apply for my own card?

That's an interesting question. I don't see why you couldn't. An AU js just meant to be someone else that has access to use the same card as the primary holder. I don't see how that would keep you from getting your own. I could be wrong though and hope someone else chimes in if I am.

You need to have a Costco membership number of your own. It ask for it when you apply.

EDIT: misread that LOL you can apply for your own card. They will be happy to take your money.

You can, but you have to have your own membership number. I was reading last night and my roommate showed me that he couldn't get a card, unless he opened his own account. It has to be the primary member.
