WF approved me for a 30K limit on their BILT Rewards card 22 months after my 13 DC, and Kinecta Credit Union approved me for their VISA with an SL of $35K 20 months post-DC. Those are my highest right now, I figure if they would take a chance on me with those limits so soon after DC, they must be pretty generous overall.

WF BILT doesn't have a 0% on balance transfer. But their SL is fantastic..

I would also recommend BOA BankAmericard for the 0% for 18 months as @NoMoreE46 suggests or Chase as others have suggested. I was able to get the CFU with a 23.4K SL with an 0% APR for BT and purchases for 15 months at the time. I was already a Chase customer and had obtained a CSR 7 months prior to my CFU app.

Avoided credit cards after ruining my financial health but got back into the game in 2019 after a 20 year hiatus
