What are the limits on your curent cards? Your limit when approved for a new card is determined by your current limits, credit profile etc... Based on post, I'd not apply for anything for a while until scores improve immersely..
You are exactly like me. Same scores. Same credit cards with same limits. I have paid them on time, but like you, I almost max them out. We are getting in a little better spot financially, so I am hoping to get them down so that my credit limits will get higher.

IMHO you should try for a Capital One card first, then after a while go for Barclay Rewards card.
