I'd say research which bureau they each check. If they aren't all the same, go for the same day that way the new accounts don't show up when the other checks. If any issues, wait 6 months to try again.
^^^This, except use 12 month cycles in my opinion for the reasons outlined above.
you can even hit two on one bureau in the same day, but I don't think I would go beyond that, but preferably spread out among the bureaus, indeed and as @ccquest said above, quickly, so they don't see the new accounts report.

If you're targeting Chase, then you should definitely wait at least 6 months or so, then apply for the Freedom.
