I will repeat what has already been said only because I think it is important.
First off, don't compare your limits or your score to others and let that impact the choices you make. You will hear on here that finances is more important than FICO and this is very true and extremely good advice.
The goodwill route is certainly one that can help get lates and charge offs removed, as mentioned by others success will very greatly but if I was going to put any energy towards my FICO if I was in your shoes I would do it by going in the garden and aggressively doing the goodwill letter route.
The last thing I will say, it looks like you are doing the right stuff getting the charge offs paid and working towards cleaning things up. I will add if you haven't already started a budget and tracking your spend, I can't stress enough the importance of this to avoid getting in the same situation later. I was in a very similar boat as you at one time and until I forced myself to get on a budget I kept finding myself in the same boat with several rebuild attempts from 2008-2015.
Good luck with your journey!

Yes, as long as it's on your reports it will have some kind of effect. For example I had a single 30 day late from July 2013, I got an EE (early exception) and had it removed at 6 years and 6 months. As soon as it come off I saw a 30-40 point jump on my TU.
Time will heal all wounds credit is one of those things that you have to take one day at a time. You'll get there with patients, I promise you that.I think the only late payments that won't be removed in Oct 2022 will be my education loans...
all of my charge off accounts have been paid too
