So, I closed my Credit One card because they really don't offer good rewards and wouldn't let me get a CLI.

Well, I got an email 30 secs ago with this offer.

1% back on gas purchases
Automatic credit line increase
reviews every six months
Free online monthly credit
score tracking included*

Have any of you ever received a much higher limit from a comeback offer?

I have not heard of it. I have heard of them trying to get you back and I have heard of the offer that you got, but I don't believe that you would be looking at much more as far as starting CL. I'm coming up on my 1 year and that bad boy will go down in flames as well! Good luck with your credit future!

Remember that 1% cash back for gas purchases doesn't even begin to pay enough to counteract the lack of grace period.
