DCU Application? Advice needed.

Dear Forum,

I recently applied for DCU membership, and surprise surprise I need to send additional verification. The issue I have is that my SSN card and ID have different names. Any advice or success stories for inspiration.

Weird, they didnt ask me for my SS card.  My SS card and ID are also different.  Did you also apply for an auto or revolving account?

Slipper - No this was just for membership, so that I could apply for loan after they approved membership.

UPDATE: I called them today to ask what I can do to assist in process. CSR put me on hold to review application. When he returned he said he reviewed everything and it looks good. He said, I should receive membership packet in 7-10 days. I was then transfered to loan dept, as I asked about refi. After long process of them gathering VERY SPECIFIC information, I was approved at 4.49% for 48 months (currently at 15.9%) and a $3,000 credit card.

The long membership process had me a little worried, but overall I feel everything turned out well.

Thanks to every CREDIT GURU on this forum, I would of never known about DCU otherwise!!
