No. They don’t. Got mine without POI. Maybe it’s because I bank with them. 

They just called me and asked questions about my CR. I ended up getting 1.5k more than I asked for(7k).

I have an auto loan and a credit card with one CLI and have never been asked for POI.  I don't do any banking with them.  

In the credit world, rarely is anything a given across the board. Gotta remember, requirements might be credit-score based.
