The positive is the auto loan approval. Congrats!
Keep both your credit and your body in top shape!

I recently was approved for an auto loan with the awesome DCU rate. I figured I'd ask about a CLI on my DCU visa.... they can use the same pull up to 45 days from the auto loan. Long story short it was a big fat decline. I'll update this thread when I get the letter.
Sorry for your denial but I noticed from your signature that you have 7 Citi cards. They must love you.
Thanks for the positive vibes! Looks like denied due to the fact my DCU visa is not a year old yet. Weird.

My CU just upped my limit, but 5 days of underwriting, and wouldn't lower my apr. Some CU,s are more conservative than others. This CU likes 2 years of history, which I don't really have yet. Wait a couple more years, then give them a go.
I have a DCU Visa and an auto refi through them. When I was researching them on these forums I came across a couple posts that said they only offer CLIs after a full year, so I'd recommend waiting. (6 more months for me).

So does DCU VISA need to be 1yr old for a CLI ? Can anyone confirm ? I was gonna HP at six months.
My DCU is 5 months old. I just asked for a CLI and they approved it from $1000 to $4300, and they converted my card to the rewards version.

I'm curious where your scores were and what your DCU balance is. I just passed a year with an Auto Loan and a $3500 card, but it carries a balance. Was thinking if I got it under 50% I could ask for a CLI.

My scores were in the 720s-730s. I also was not carrying a balance.
