Re: DCU VISA PLATINUM STORY

Wire transfer in. I was actually being and a**hole when I closed my account. Thats the only reason i wire transfered a large amount but they didnt care about what the balance reflect.......each its own.......

The best credit unions in my own personal opinion but you have to show your paystubs to get a decent credit limit:

If your salary is 6 figure and above these are the credit union for you!

NavyFederal

PenFed

Alliant

American Airlines Federal

United Nations Federal

Wings Financial

NASA

United Nations Federal

And as long as you can provide proof of your income...it will be sufficient enough.......but you can't have a total of 1M credit and you owe a balance 900K.......you have money managment issue and no one on this earth is going to touch you.........20% below credit utilizations, credit inquiries wont be an issues, unless you app with DCU. no more than 15 new accounts........and your credit limit will be salary based.........

Re: DCU VISA PLATINUM STORY

So I finally got some truth people! Sorry for the rant! Just tell me the truth and don't blame it on my credit report! I have reach my total credit limit cap, before the can extend me credit since I was a new member. I can be honest. I do have more cards than the normal person and I would love to delete the oldest cards but I have had them since I was 18. Which was converted to newer cards. I guess I'm in a permanent garden. Don't mind though! I do use all of them still to keep the all current and show use. Is there anyway you can downsize credit card per issuer.

For example: I have 15 AMEX cards, I know the charge cards can't be converted, but will they allow the credit limits go toward the older card to keep that history........ i've read that some issuers will allow and other don't........have anyone attempted this with credit card issuers, if so who allowed card limits to be transfer to another card........

15 Amex cards? Seriously?
NFCU $60.4k/PenFed $22.5k/Commerce $15K/53 $11K/Synovus $14K/BBT $11K/CapOne $12K/DCU $7.5K/BMO $7.5K/Chase $14.5k/Cabelas $10K/ and many many more!
Total CL $398600, plus car and RV loan.
Ooh. Ooh. Getting closer to that $500K mark!

Re: DCU VISA PLATINUM STORY

Not all personal, but it's more than just that .......I have Personal, Business, and Corporate cards.......Depending on the use.......I know it's outrageous........i have cards based on my needs and preferences........ fly delta i got a card for that, need to book a hotel......I have a card for that hotel........thats why.....can i charge another card for that yes, but rewards are much higher when you purchased from their co-branded cards........ this is not for everybody........it takes discipline to manage cards.......and I auto-pay full balance on the 18th of every month...........my goal was AMEX Centurion when I got it......I was always looking to obtain more..........i will eventually slow down.........I'm still young.........and having fun...........and when i get denied........it gets to me...........i hate rejection...........so thats why i pitch a fit.......7 inquiries too many really.......you would have been on the reconsideration line yourself.........don't act like its just me

Re: DCU VISA PLATINUM STORY

Why do you use 100 periods when you type? :-P Is that related to the 100 amex cards?

Re: DCU VISA PLATINUM STORY

Please know that it took me 18 years to build a stellar profile. A lot of failed businesses and just 1 successful one. My credit cards didn't all happen in the span of 5 years.
