DCU Visa - An error has occurring during the application process.

I received this message when I applied for a Visa from DCU tonight - 

 

There was a problem with your request
An error has occurring during the application process. Please contact us at 800-328-8797 to continue your application.

 

Has anyone else received this message or did something truely go wrong after I submitted my app?

I woke up this morning wondering if I should have applied for this card. I didn’t get an inquiry alert so I don’t think it went that far. Maybe just an error in the system and not a problem with my app. I might call though.
