Funny thing about DCU, they denied me a Visa when I first joined, but I reapplied a month later with nothing really changing on my CR or scores and was instatly approved for a $7k started CL.
It's a great card, NO cost cash advances or transfers, just "click" to your checking account and pay it off before the next cycle - Zero APR "payday loan" heh...
I don't think they HP'ed me a second time either.
They denied me the second time for that reason for their BT card and I really dislike their customer service. There's not much great about them IMO except for getting a free FICO.

Their customer service really hasn't impressed me. I should probably wait to apply again. I really haven't deposited much into my checking acct either. How high do their limits go?
Skimming thru Credit Pulls, I see that someone got a $15k limit card from them but it seems like they're mostly good for getting auto loans from. I remember when I got in with DCU how I was already prequalified for one of their auto loans so in that respect, they aren't completely useless. Hell, if I ever decide to try getting an auto loan for a car, I might just go to them first.

Ya seems like DCU is good for auto's I agree.. I will probably do my next loan through them now that I know alot more from this site vs. dealer
There credit card offerings are kinda meh, nothing that I get excited over.
Great for padding util though

On the other hand I would give a finger or at least a finger nail for a NFCU CC or LOC, but not eligable.. You have probably the best CU in the country! The limits they give out are not normal and great for padding vs DCU limits
I got the same email yesterday... Tease me is right! I had a bk that was just discharged in September of 2014, I can't even begin to imagine that I would be approved for any loan products through them right now.
I feel the same way when US Bank sends me a cc application... makes me sad to have to shred it.
