DELL please do something.

Ok, so I am actually glad they didn't approve my application with them. They have the worst customer service ever! They have no clue how the credit world works and to make things even more drastic, you need to explain yourself like 50 times before they understand.

I called Web Bank which by the way has no say in the approvals with Dell. They have Dell Financial Services take and process all their credit apps. I called Dell Financial, all the way in the Phillipines. They transfer me like 5 times until I get a really smart lady, so smart that she had no clue what the term "reconsider" means. I explained that I was calling so that they reconsider my application. She stated you need to wait 30 days, I responded I am calling to reconsider the application, that's why I don't want to wait 30 days. I finally gave up when she said to call my local credit board, I am thinking she meant bureau and ask them for a another application. I was like what an $&$^@=÷ to say the least.

They have no clue what they are doing, since shortly after that she asked me if I wanted to take advantage of their financing program. Somebody shoot me, I had no other choice but to hang up.

Instead got me a Newegg account and a Gap CC for some new outfits. Have a nice day lol

Never had long lasting luck with Dells anyway.  GF went through 3 high-end Dells in 3 years.

They closed my account, and my scores were much higher. They closed it when I still had a balance. they're a-holes

Agree, They closed my Dell Preferred after I paid off my last computer.  I went to buy a new one and they said I would need to re-apply.  I said no thanks and take me off your mailing list.  I dont want any marketing stuff from you ever again.  Truely baffeling since their stuff has such a mark-up and it's a profit center ontop of a profit center.

What did you get with Newegg CL?  I have not opened a new account since they dropped comenity.  I loved that account and purchased alot of stuff from them but hear the new lines are lower than they were with comenity and no longer hidden.

Dell is ok for rolling Dell gift cards, but you don't need their credit services to enjoy them.
