DENIED BP CARD SYNCHRONY THREAD

Well I figured since BP was no longer chase I would give it a try and apply.  I was reading all the hype all the card and there is a ton of BP gas stations in my area and having a card with them would be perfect.  Well I was denied 7-10 day message.  Ugh I lost my gardening spade.

Sorry to hear. bummer.i see your siggy. but you don't have your scores there. keep in mine this is regular card. visa. so its not as easy to get as regular synch store cards. sorry. i guess just wait for the letters.

7-10 DOESNT mean denial!!!  The switch just happened today, Call Credit solutions NOW, #8713 and ask them to find your app and finish processing it!!  Ive  gotten lots of 7-10 before and the following week the card was in my mail! Just call!!! 2 others posters got the same message and called and was approved for the store version..

They offer 3 versions...Siggy, reg Visa, and store.

Sync won't give me a dime so I stopped trying. I think I'm blacklisted since I had filed a complaint with the CFPB for their inaccurate reporting outside of the SOL.  Every letter I receive states the BK for the reason which I think is BS.

ooohhh...wow, I bet they did put some sort of a mark on your file after that. That stinks! But still, they should report correctly, its the LAW!!!

Pway,  I hope it wasn't a decline.    My message said unable to process application and that I would receive a letter in 7 to 10 days.   Per Chiguy and Pizza1,  I called credit solutions and it was simply a verification and it turned into an approval.

Actually Synch plays this stupid game where they just give you whichever card they feel like.  A long time ago I applied for Wal-Mart and wound up with a stupid store card.  The BP card is the same.  You can't apply for the card you want.  They decide what you want for you.
