Wow, sorry to hear. Not to beat you up, but an Arrival is a prime card and your scores are not anywhere near rating a prime card. Not sure what you were thinking. Maybe, just maybe you could get a platinum rewards mastercard. Finally, this forum is for approvals, not decline. Good luck!
Yeah so... I did not realize it was prime until after applying because it was recommended off their prescreen capture link....
I wasn't sure if it was prime or not but obviously it was. I guess a HP for no reason but a lesson learned?
Yeah it is a prime card, but you can try for their rewards card and it should use the same HP (as long as its within a 24hr period, sooner the better, and their rewards card has lower UW standards). My mom tried for their Ring card, and she was denied and right after she was denied she tried for the Arrival+ card and it was approved using the same hard pull. YMMV though..
Also their pre-qual link is useless, like Discover or BofA's is.

B of A's prequal isn't useless. It will tell you "Congratulations" if there is a firm preapproval. Otherwise it says, "We recommend," like every other lender.
I have preapprovals for the BBR and a secure 1-2-3 cash rewards showing in my account right now.
Make sure to try and recon. Barclay is very good with recons
