DISCOVER ANNIVERSARY CLI?

I opened a secured Discover in May 2020 with a SL of $2000. Went unsecured with a CLI to $2700 in March 2021. With a one year anniversary approaching next month with my relationship with them I"d like to request another CLI. Does Discover automatically do CLI reviews on your account anniversary date or do you need to still request a CLI?

There are no anniversaries with Disco. 

If you want/need increase, you will need to ask for it.

I believe you can only request a CLI from Discover after one year of having an account.

 I'm only 1 month in with my first Discover card so no additional DP to offer.

Disco changed their policy (at least that's been the case for some cardholders - myself included - I called Disco and asked why I couldn't request a CLI) during the pandemic. They make you wait 12 months for a CLI on a new card. If you've got an existing card, simply request a CLI and see what happens. There will be no negative consequences if you're too early....they'll just tell you so. Best wishes!
