I dont understand.  There is not set time for pursuing a Disco cli.  Spend really doesnt quantify  getting a cli regardless of the reason for denial.  You could spend 50k in a month and still be told not enough. No one has figured out a pattern for cli so best to do is request it whenever you like. If nothing , try again later.

Their denial reasons are always bogus.  >$10k spend in a cycle is definitely sufficient.  I don't even put $10k on the card over 2 years and have received plenty of CLIs.  Keep requesting and eventually you'll get something.  No need to wait 90 days.
