4 ACCOUNTS OPEN IN THE LAST 1 YR AND 7 MONTHS(JUST SHY OF 5/24)PEN SKY SECURED :200 OPENED 12/14(HELP ME REBUILD THX FOR THAT) CAP 1 QS1(1300) OPENED 8/2015.BOFA TRAVEL REWARDS OPENED 12/14 2000(ORIGINALLY 99/500 EVENTUALLY GRADUATED AND PC) AND FINALLY DISCOVER IT 16250(OPENED 7/15 4 SOFT PULLS CLI OF 3000 EACH) MY UTILIZATION IS AT 18 % BECAUSE I TOOK A BT OFFER FROM DISCOVER AT 0% FOR 12 MONTHSIT STARTED AT 23 % . MY SCORES:EXP 739 TU742 EQ 748 ALL FICO 08.INQUIRIES:EX 1 TU:1 EQ:3 FOR A TOTAL OF 5.MY AA0A IS ONLY 1YR AND 3 MONTHS,LAST RAN MY CREDIT 11 MONTHS AGO, GOING AWAY OVERSEAS IN AROUND 3 WEEKS,I TRAVEL A FEW TIMES A YEAR BUT COMMUTE AND EAT OUT A LOT,THE CSP WOULD BE A PERFECT FIT FOR ME ,WHAT WOULD BE MY CHANCES IF I APPLY FOR IT NOW?  IM ABOUT TO PULL THE TRIGGER SO PLEASE NEED THE HELP OF EVERYONE IN THIS FORUM,THANKS.

Did you check the chase prequal?
You are under 5/24
You have high credit limit to justify a visa signature
Fico scores are high enough

Check the prequal and see.
I'd say you're good

Wayfico  i tried the prequal and strangely enough was always pre qualified for freedom .csp and freedom unlimited,but the last 6 weeks have been a no go,however i keep getting invitation letters for all of them,as a matter of fact just got one for the csp  3 days ago  with a set apr of 16.24,so i do not why im not getting the pre quals if my profile have gotten better,but yet i keep getting the invitation letters

If you're in doubt, maybe wait until your util gets under 10%. Can this be accomplished in 2 weeks? If I had your scores and profile, I would apply. What do you mean by no go. Did you apply and get denied? I'd say just do it and reply to the prequal. And if denied, you can recon

meant no go to the fact that lately i do not get anything at the pre qual site,my utilization will be at around 7% a month from now,the problem is im going away in 3 weeks, and the csp is great for car rental amongst other things.in case i do not get approved,how long do i have to recon?

hmm, for me, I got pre qualified for chase freedome, slate but when I try the pre qual now it says

Congrats on your approval.  Have a safe and wonderful trip!!  I hope to get the CSP by April next year once my collections are off my reports.

Congrats!

You should call Chase and have them expedite your card. You'll get it in a day or two. Start using it sooner to meet your bonus. The 3 months bonus spend period starts when the account is created (which is pretty much right away with Chase after approval) not when you receive your card.
