I'm guessing a credit union?
Heck, any of them can you give a good list if they want to. I've been there. Even with no baddies, higher score, low UT, no new accts or inqs and they will still find something if they don't want to approve you.
Others did a very good job of breaking down the denial explanations, but keep in mind that sometimes banks throw out a laundry list of generic denial reasons and it could be one of those reasons or all of them. Sometimes you will never know exactly why you were rejected because of the generic reasons. The best thing to do is search what the particular lender looks for when approving and work on any issues you may have before reapplying.
