How right you are.
@creditguy wrote:Others did a very good job of breaking down the denial explanations, but keep in mind that sometimes banks throw out a laundry list of generic denial reasons and it could be one of those reasons or all of them. Sometimes you will never know exactly why you were rejected because of the generic reasons. The best thing to do is search what the particular lender looks for when approving and work on any issues you may have before reapplying.
Good advice.

But other lenders (like the ones I mentioned previously) might be a little easier to get approved for with your current profile. Especially Capital One, but Discover and Chase would be good options as well. You can see if you're pre-qualified first, and checking pre-qualifiers won't hurt your credit at all.
Here you go--
1) Number of inquiries on credit bureau report - [Meaning the decision was based on the number of hard inquiries on your TU report. How many inquiries do you have?]
2) Amount of non-mortgage account balances paid down in last 24 monhts - [ how much have you been paying on your credit cards? Is it only the minimum?]
3) Ratio credit union balances to credit limits or original loans amounts- [ Do you owe / have a high balance on your accounts? Any loans? If so, what is the balance?]
4) Months since oldest credit card account opened - [How old is your credit? When did you get your first card?]
thank you for the advice i will like into that now
Keep us posted... I agree to try Capital One ..
Do you know your scores .. that could help some of us to offer better suggestions.
