How long have you had the account?. I just hit my 1 year mark with Citi Dc, didnt get the sp language until maybe 9 months and they never gave me anything when i did push it. About 2 months ago they gave me an auto increase of $600. When i try hitting the sp luv button now, they say they just gave me an increase so try again in 6 months. Im hoping in 4 months, theyll actually give me the sp luv this time as the language i had recieved this time seems more positive for my next try
