Did I get Approved For This BOFA Travel card

Just got a letter in the mail after applying for the bofa travel reward card, the letter says there making every effort to approve but they need my written consent before they can proceed since im under 21 years old. Is this a good sign??? thanks!!!

Could be good sign but i would call in. Do you have credit established and if so whats your Fico look like?

New too credit but never had a missed payment right now my score is 675

I applied and never got something like that....weird...I'd call in.
