Hello all. Long-time listener, first-time caller! 
I have been reading the things being said about the Diner's Club card. I finally worked up the nerve to just go ahead and apply for the premier. Except for...when I got the nerve today to apply, I see this:

While we work to improve the application process, the option to apply for a Diners Club Card Elite or a Diners Club Card Premier is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Does this mean they are no longer accepting memberships? If they still are, should I try to call and apply? Am I too late?? 
My TU is 783, 7 inqs, 13% Util. Do I even have a chance to get a Diner's club MC? They've always been high-standard.
