Well finally got somebody to call underwriting from the csr department after dealing with a bunch of run arounds. So here is the update the app wasnt approved because supposly there was a consumer statement placed on my Tu file, so i called TU again and now they have consumer statement that they cant tell me where it came from supposly it was from me and thats not true so i told them they needed to delete it because i didnt put it and i wanted to know where it came from and they state they dont know. So they deleted and now they told me to re apply for the elite .

What i dont get is i applied days before and got approved for the premier for 20k and they didnt mention anything about it. Now its an issue. Go figure. So debating on re applying they state thats the only issue why i didnt get approved. My file is clean nothing adverse. But what bothers is that i need to take another hp

So, I called today. Still pending...."They're taking as much as 3 weeks for review"

Yeppper.  Once the app is locked for further processing and declined (for whichever reason), you will need to reapply.  And yes, that will be another HP.
