I just called in to ask a few card questions that I already knew and to verifiy that my card shipped. It did, but hell, they're weird and with everything else, you just never know. Basically that I wanted to app for it and noticed that it, along with the Premier, was no longer available to app for & was there any alternate way for me to apply? The CSR said something completely different this time. No, not anything positive like you can apply by carrier pigeon or VIA smoke signals, no, that the application period was closed, and the window will not open again until the 1st of the year.
Now, that is different than what I was told before, that the link was down for re-tooling and would be back up the 1st week of December, redesigned and ready to run as smooooooooooooth as silk. It is possible they decided to so the intelligent thing and just "close" the app window and give themselves an extra month to work things out and test the newly issued cards against the upcoming holiday shopping. But who knows, it is just what I was told this time.

Now that's different indeed. Not that I'm going for it when it does return. It's just I always thought it was for limited time. And judging from the actual credit cards number. I wonder how many did they actually issue. Premier all our first 6 numbers the same. Followed by 6 zeros. Which can only mean less than 10.000 premier. And 10.000 elite cards. Maybe they hit their quota. Hmmm
