They Are!! And it's highly needed. They just today posted my first payment with them that i sent 2 day tracking USPS back on the 7th
Needless to say i burned up those lines everyday this week over their contradicting info, first it never arrived, next they MIGHT be waiting for a statement to release etc.
Hopefully maybe i helped contribute in some small way to clear up one of their many potential quirks that seriously was needing addressed. Whew!

You should be able to. I've had no issues paying directly from Diners or pushing payments from my financial institutions and/or CU.

I haven't had any issues paying directly through the website.

Are you ready to turn blue? LOL I seriously doubt you'll get anywhere, but I'm sure you'll try your best. I PM'd you the #. There have been no successful reconsideration outcomes with Diners on FT, CB or even here. Bottom line, it's going to be a tough one to get around all the reasons they cited. Plus, they'll ask you to reapply again when the items they cited improve or get removed but then again you can't reapply until the link is up and running again.
