Diners Club Application Link Removed?

Well I got the letter in the mail. Denied due to unable to verify identity. I call the CSR and she said to fax either a drivers license, state issue ID card or passport along with the letter. I chose the passport and just faxed it over to them. She said it would take between 7-15 days again.

I would hate to be denied for that. I live in a house so hopefully they can't say they can't verify mine. Do you live in an apt/condo/anything with a unit #?

Good thing they're not asking you to re-apply and it sounds like there is still hope!

The address I have on file with the CB is my shop's address and is the address I use for all my mail and yes it's suite C. That's the reason why I faxed over a copy of my passport instead of my DL. My DL has my home address but I rarely use it.

 I hate how they pretty much threw EVERY possible denial reason in there vs just what i'm guilty of.

I got the same letter, I called the CSR and she check with some people and she told me to fax over a DL, a state ID card or passport. This is the number she gave me to fax the stuff over. 414-302-3570. Hope that helps

Side note: I do have a fraud alert on my CR so that is probably why they need more stuff.
