Discover 16-17 days CLI, can I request on new accounts?

Day 44 for me today since account was opened. They didn't issue a statement for me on May 19, they said my first one will be June 19. Account opened May 1. I was kind of surprised I didn't get a May statement.

My Discover luv button doesn't even work. It hasn't since I've gotten the account but I just assumed it was because it's still fairly new. Hope I'm able to eventually buy a ticket and get onto the 17 day Discover luv train

Did some reasearch and realized it says that because I have a joint account with them and we both have to call together. Ah! I guess no Discover 17 day luv until I get my own seperate account

Opened mine April 5th. Tried a few times to say the least but no luv.

If my calculations are correct I have to wait until June 30th. Can't wait to ride the train.

All soft pulls I do it once every 20 days. If you get declined for increases, don't worry however you may get flagged for verification

Yes you can.  You can also get an auto cli in 3 months.
