So apparently Discover has two prequalify links one that only asks for name and last 4 and one that wants all info. Which is valid and does this look like im prequalified??? I used the first that ask bare min for this result the other link is down atm

A preapproval will include a single APR, not a range. This seems like a marketing attempt. You might try their more detailed prequalify page.
