Discover CLIs are random... like seriously you can get denied one day and approved the next. Nobody has figured out their formula.

Any DP's tonight on whether or not I could get it on day 93, 94, 100, etc.? What can I do to expand my likelihood of an increase anytime soon?
How much spend are doing? PIF or letting balance carry?
I received an auto CLI after the third statement cut. I let a balance carry over somewhere around $500 and they bumped me from $8k to $13,400.

I figured that'd be the initial response.. . it's pretty **bleep** frustrating to work at something never knowingly exactly if you're doing what you should or the complete opposite. And yes, I know things are profile dependent and YMMVish.

Fairly frequent at first. I would PIF often and then decided to carry a small (30%ish) balance and overpay on the minimum balance this past month. Never knowing exactly what they want you to do, I've done both. 🤷🏽♂️

I anticipate AJC to chime in and assure me that I'll see a $500 increase before I die.
What did the denial letter they sent you say was the reason?

Ah, the 90 Day Disco Dilema
We now have DDD....Disco Double Dip
Now lets add DDDD... 90 Day Disco Dilema
This lender is by the most schizo in regards to their cli process. Normal conventional wisdom has us believe to give the first 90 days smash free to allow the possibility of a auto increase and then if nothing request one. Disco csrs will have us believe we are eligble every 90 days which there is a little truth there but not 100% for everybody.
Ive tried every method under the sun and for my first 2 years more or less i was on a $500 train until i hit a dry spell..then smashing every day until out of nowhere approved for higher amount finally. My only advice is to use your card, pay it snd any time you are on the site, smash away and let the chips fall where they may
I'm considering hitting the love button anytime I go to the restroom.
