Did Discover finally realize their CLI system was handing out increases like cold beer at a baseball game?

Just tired to request one and got this message:

REDIT LINE INCREASE REQUEST

We are experiencing technical difficulties.

Your request cannot be completed because the web server or the web application has experienced a technical error. For assistance, please call 1-800-347-3085 .

Not likely this happened earlier this week.

I got the error this morning but it worked a few minutes ago.
