My 3rd statement cut on July 2nd, and today I requested a CLI... it was denied. I had requested one after the 2nd one and I got the famous letter INSUFFICIENT EXPERIENCE. All caps. Not sure what cycle they have me on... guess it's a wait and see kinda thing. On a side note... I'm still very happy that I applied and was approved for the Discover in the first place and it's definitely my daily driver.

It is common. It's a nice way of saying no when you think about the way others approach denials. No reason to worry you have a solid limit already and I am sure in time they will give you a solid CLI.
OP, just sit tight and give it some more time. Most people from what I've seen usually wait until after the 3rd or 4th statement to see if they get an auto-CLI from Discover and if they don't, request one at that time. I'd say the majority of the time these people will get a CLI, if not auto, from the request. It's far less common for someone to request one earlier and get it. Has it happened? Sure, but the odds greatly increase after the 3rd and definitely 4th statement.

Auto luv is hit or miss. Ive had various Discos for 3 years now and never any auto. With your high sl, you are more prone to getting the 3k + cli than most of us so when you do get an increase you should be pleasantly surprised
Well, when you think about it, people like yourself (and many of us) have a far reduced chance of ever seeing an auto-CLI than most "normal" people, because most "normal" people never request CLIs... or if they do, it's extremely infrequently. So, there are probably a ton of people out there getting auto-CLIs from Discover, but they're people that don't know well enough to request one manually and they've had their accounts for a long time.
My question for you is how long after getting your Discover card was it before you requested your first CLI? From what I've seen reading on this forum, 9 times out of 10 Discover auto-CLIs come to new accounts after 3-6 months if manual CLIs aren't requested.
Another point, looking at OP's other cards, Disco obviously went all in with the approval
There is a possibility they've given all they are comfortable with at the moment.
It's rather large amount and maybe their algorithm needs reassurance OP can handle it before giving out more
