Are all of you waiting 31 days from when you applied and were approved right away from last CLI or until 31 days after you received your confirmation email a few days later before attempting another SP CLI

I do mine every other month on the 1st at this point and the last 2 times were 6K or more. There's not really any timing though to getting approved or not for a CLI with Disco. Some get 30/60/90 days and others get one every 6 mo's or a year. It depends on your profile, use, payments, and so on.

Those of us with the card and who hang around here often know there's no real pattern with Disco and it's all over the place. Trying to figure it out will drive you crazy and you just have to find what works for you and your profile.

I got a CLI in early January and decided to try again on the 31st...too soon.

I was planning to wait until I received my 3rd statement but after reading this post, I decided to pull the trigger. I received a $400 increase. Now, Im up to a $1200 CL. Still my lowest card but I appreciate Discover taking a chance on me. I'm enjoying it quite a lot.!!!

Disco doesn't POP like some others do but, they will grow with you as time passes. Just keep up the hard work and it will pay off.

My wife's account had gotten a 4,500 increase in November (generated by Discover) after reading this I requested a CLI and got another $4,500 today.

I started out with 5.5k last may and has since grown to 30k. My last increase was about 6 days ago for 6k. I ask for an increase twice every three months and each time I get the 2 day message followed by an $4500 to $6500 increase although My first three increases range between $500 to $3000.

Discover is so hit or miss it feels like. I've only gotten 2 auto CLI one for $1k and 1 for $500. I've hit the button many times but they always give me the 2 day notice and deny my request lol. Good luck though!

Discover is very strange! I have a 754 TU fico score and just hit one year with their card and all I have been given was two 500 CLI every 6 months. no late payments and 5% Credit utilization. I don't get it. sad

Well....... I see one issue already that you didn't mention hitting the CLI button yourself. If you're waiting on sometning dramatic from Disco on their own will it's going to be a long wait. You have to be persistent with Disco if you want them to do anything. If you don't put the work in you won't get rewarded.
